This Diversity Monitoring Questionnaire is for candidates who have applied to work at Gingerbread.
Gingerbread wants to recruit staff from a diverse range of backgrounds. As part of our Equality and Diversity Policy we monitor the ethnicity, age, gender and health of applicants. We use this information to see where we need to do more to attract or support certain groups.
This questionnaire is anonymous. Your answers are not linked to your application, and will not be seen by the recruitment panel. The data is stored securely on Survey Monkey, and can only be accessed by the HR department at Gingerbread.
