Design Plan Evaluation and Feedback

Your participation is requested within a round of feedback for the student design teams involved in the Grace Centers of Hope service-learning project. The three student design teams were asked to prepare Design Plans that present their major design decisions for the instructional unit they are designing. Students were asked to follow the Design Plan format described in the Jump Start Orientation.

This evaluation survey is set up to offer feedback to one project team at a time. However, you are able to access this form multiple times to offer feedback to each of the teams. The feedback will be compiled and shared with each team.

While students are encouraged to offer feedback to all teams, we realize that may not be practical. Therefore, at a minimum, students are asked to offer feedback on at least one unit based on the following:

Please complete your review by 11:59 p.m. CDT on Sunday, February 29th. Thank you very much for your assistance in providing valuable feedback to the teams!
