Prototype Evaluation and Feedback

Your participation is requested within a round of feedback for the student design teams involved in the Grace Centers of Hope service-learning project. The student design teams were asked to prepare prototypes that present their major design decisions for the instructional unit they are designing. Students were asked to follow the Style Guide and format described in the Jump Start Orientation at http://studio.designersforlearning.org/jumporientation/section5/.

Here is a link to a Dropbox folder containing the Design Plans for each of the six units: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1s4rf1uvq1uzqiq/AABKHXxDZ1tm3upZgFDH1CTra?dl=0

This evaluation survey is set up to offer feedback to one project team at a time. However, you are able to access this form multiple times to offer feedback to each of the teams. The feedback will be compiled and shared with each team.

While students are encouraged to offer feedback to all teams, we realize that may not be practical. Therefore, at a minimum, students are asked to offer feedback on at least one unit based on the following:
  • Each designer on Unit 2 offers individual feedback to Unit 7
  • Each designer on Unit 3 offers individual feedback to Unit 6
  • Each designer on Unit 4 offers individual feedback to Unit 5
  • Each designer on Unit 5 offers individual feedback to Unit 4
  • Each designer on Unit 6 offers individual feedback to Unit 3
  • Each designer on Unit 7 offers individual feedback to Unit 2

Please complete your review by 11:59 p.m. CDT on Sunday, November 16th. Thank you very much for your assistance in providing valuable feedback to the teams!
