Together, you and your scholar will develop a plan to aid her in achieving her immediate and long-term goals and in becoming the person she aspires to be. The mentor relationship is based on mutual respect, and is a shared opportunity for learning and growth. Many mentors say being a mentor is as rewarding for them as for the scholars they guide.
