2012 ORSA State Workshop Extramural Student Scholarship Application
Criteria:
1. Scholarships will be awarded for the 2012 ORSA State Workshop at Wright State University on October 18 and 19, 2012.
2. Applicant must have participated in a significant role at an extramural event in the state of Ohio during the past academic year. This would include tournament intern, host committee member, all-tournament committee member, officials' committee member, etc.
3. Applicant must be a current undergraduate student, graduate student, or intern/field experience at a college/university in the state of Ohio.
4. Applications and resumes are due on Friday, September 14, 2012 by 5:00pm.

--Resumes must be emailed to Nick Froelich at n.froelich@csuohio.edu
5. Applicant recipients will be notified of scholarship results via email on Friday, September 21 by 5:00pm.
