Exclusively by Mommy is a program designed by Cotton Babies to support artisans who design fun products for moms and babies. Each year, we do a special Exclusively By Mommy theme called "Stashing Through the Snow". This theme runs throughout December and will feature a number of different artisans who have provided exclusive products or designs to Cotton Babies as part of the Exclusively by Mommy program. Participating artisans will have their product sold through CottonBabies.com and have the opportunity to be promoted throughout our social media outlets.
Terms / Conditions:
- We are looking for artisan baby items, mom items, household decor, etc. We want to share something special and unique made by YOU with our customers. Exclusively By Mommy products that are featured during our Stashing Through The Snow event are not limited to WAHM diapers or holiday styles although both are welcome.
- The product provided to Cotton Babies must be unique in some way. It could be a special color, fabric, style, or have some other feature that makes it unique only to Cotton Babies. The product you provide to us must not be available in any other store (including your own).
- There is a $25 one-time, non-refundable application fee to participate. Vendors who participated in previous years do need to apply, but they are not required to pay this application fee.
- Vendor must complete all info requested in application.
- You must produce a minimum of 15 items to participate. If your item sells out, we may reach out to see if you'd like to make additional inventory for the Exclusively By Mommy event. There's no guarantee, but we may also invite you to be a long-term vendor with Cotton Babies.
- There is a $50, refundable Paypal deposit due when your application is approved. This deposit is refundable upon receipt of both product and full profile information by specified due date(s). Due date for receipt of products in Cotton Babies warehouse as well as the due date for receipt of your profile info will be defined by Cotton Babies staff and communicated to you upon application approval. If product is not received by the due date or your profile information is not received by the due date, the $50 deposit will not be refunded and your product will not be sold by Cotton Babies. We will return any product upon receipt.
- Cotton Babies will buy at wholesale and sell at retail. Cotton Babies will issue a purchase order for the product, vendor will be required to submit an invoice for payment. Payment will be made by check upon receipt of product.
- All vendors are required to submit their certificate of liability insurance to CB through Dropbox.
-Product must be CPSIA compliant.
- All vendors are required to submit a completed W9 form to CB.
- All vendors are required to submit a photo of their product proposal. You are not required to make a sample of the exclusive style in order to apply.
- Remember, products must be received by Cotton Babies warehouse by due date as defined by Cotton Babies staff.
- Remember, profile information (including product description, care info, bio's etc.) must be received by due date as defined by Cotton Babies staff.
- In addition to CottonBabies.com product feature, Exclusively By Mommy vendors may be offered the opportunity to be featured in Facebook or Twitter social media blasts, emails, and/or blog posts that are presented to Cotton Babies customers.
