Eureka! has received funding from the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation to run a three year project called Helping Hands. This project aims to make the museum a welcoming place for children with disabilities and their families through a number of activities. We are asking a number of Eureka! visitors for their views and would appreciate your input.
This questionnaire will be used before the project starts to help us to decide on the most important issues facing parents and carers of children with disabilities when visiting Eureka! and how we can improve.
The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete, and your feedback and suggestions really are appreciated.
