Collecting Meaningful Feedback
Gathering and understanding feedback from internal partners is an important part of the evaluation process and can also be a beneficial activity at any point during the year. During Q4-Q1 of the Team Member Performance Cycle, team members and their leaders work together to identify internal partners who have had experience working with a team member during the last performance period. The internal partners should be willing to provide candid and helpful feedback. This feedback should focus on actions and behaviors to continue and/or adjust in the future for better outcomes. This assists the leader in fairly evaluating the team member's results and behaviors for the most recent p[erformance period. This also supports Aurora's focus on individual development and encourages ongoing learning and professional growth. Any feedback captured will remain confidential between the feedback provider and the leader who requested the feedback unless the feedback provider chooses to share it with the team member directly.
When answering the questions below, please use the bulleted prompts to reflect on the team member's performance and structure your feedback accordingly. Thank you for your help with this!
