The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) and its Workforce Investment Board (WIB) are developing a five-year Strategic Plan.
We are seeking critical input and more information from you as a stakeholder and partner in the region in order to establish the Strategic Plan's Vision as well as Goals for the Region, Workforce System, and WIB.
Your input will directly influence the outcome of our Strategic Plan, the viability of our chosen Goals, and the data chosen to measure and track progress toward these Goals.
