The City of Early, in cooperation with Region XII Council of Governments, is preparing a Comprehensive Plan to guide Early's development in the coming decades. The comprehensive plan is a strategic plan for the growth and development of the city. Part of the planning process includes a public opinion survey. Completing the following survey will help to identify strengths and weaknesses in the community and what services are most important to local residents.
The following survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. None of the information you provide will be used to identify you, this is a completely anonymous survey.
You may complete this online survey once per computer. Paper copies of this survey are available at the Early City Hall. Completed paper copy surveys may be returned to these locations or to Region XII COG at the address below.
