The following survey questions are designed to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities which exist related to DECA’s Competitive Events Program for the High School Division. The board of directors has approved a framework under which all competitive events and competitive event delivery models will be evaluated between now and 2016.

During the 2012-2013 school year, the Competitive Events Taskforce will review and evaluate competitive event offerings in the finance cluster. Additionally, the taskforce will review and suggest improvements or restructuring of event guidelines of Chapter Team Events, Professional Selling Events, and look at alternatives to DECA Quiz Bowl.

Your responses and comments will assist the taskforce during its February 2013 meeting when making recommendations to the board of directors. Thank you for your input into one of DECA’s most visible program areas.
