Your feedback will be instrumental helping the library shape its services to meet the needs of all residents in the Columbus area. Understanding the use, perceptions and expectations Columbus residents have of their library will help us chart the course for a strategic plan for the library. This plan will guide us in continuing or altering existing services and in designing services or expanding resources to meet a previously unnoticed need in our community.
