Introduction

The CSU is developing an approach for monitoring and benchmarking the business performance of societies which have raised finance through a community share offer(s).

These ‘indicators’ are being developed to help the CSU generate guidance and provide valuable market intelligence to practitioners assisting groups and societies with community share offers.

We are seeking feedback from practitioners on the type and scope of indicators that should be measured and tracked using the FCA annual return data we are now capturing on societies issuing community shares.
