Kindergarten Readiness Screener

Thank you for helping us plan for state wide implementation of the common kindergarten screen, beginning with the 2013-14 school year. The information provided in this survey will allow for proper planning, ordering, and communication with all districts during the screen implementation. One survey per district should be completed.
