The gardens and open spaces on the Coin Street site on London’s South Bank are important and provide valuable leisure, recreation and relaxation opportunities for residents, visitors and people working in the area.

Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB), the social enterprise and development trust which owns and manages the Bernie Spain Gardens and the Riverside Walkway (between Oxo Tower Wharf and National Theatre), is committed to improving the visual appearance of these areas and ensuring they continue to be of value for this and future generations.

We are about to embark on a programme which will:

• Deliver improvements to the way the spaces are maintained and how we work with our contractors to achieve this
• Provide meaningful opportunities for the community to get more involved and influence how the gardens are managed
• Explore opportunities to create a legacy which reflects how unique our community on the South Bank is.

Your views are important. We want you to tell us what you think of the area including how you use the spaces; what works and what could be improved.
