In 2012, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) launched a national campaign to improve dementia care and reduce unnecessary antipsychotic drugging.

The purpose of this short survey is to find out the level of knowledge and participation by nursing home residents, advocates and representatives in the campaign's public outreach activities.
