Thanks for taking a few minutes to complete our resident survey, You responses will help your Civic League work for you and put together a strategic plan for 2018. 

What follows are 18 general questions regarding your civic league and your needs as residents of our constituent neighborhoods. Keep in mind that all responses are anonymnous, so please be honest and thorough. The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

The deadline to complete this survey is December 29, 2017. We will share aggregated responses and unveil our strategic plan at our January Civic League meeting.
