Introduction

We are conducting a short survey about the Australian childcare system. To be eligible to take part in this survey you must meet the following criteria: A) Have child(ren) in the age of 0-5 B) Have your child(ren) in in an Australian childcare centre. C) Complete the survey by Wednesday 22nd of May 2013. By participating in this survey you are in the draw for 1 iPad mini.
