Children First Request Form
The Prevention Services Division of the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Community Services Board is proud to offer the Children First Program. Children First is a 4-hour co-parenting education program designed to prevent custody conflicts for divorced, separated spouses, and single parents.
COST OF PROGRAM: The cost of the class is $50.00 per person. Cash payment to be made in person at the Prevention Services Office: 3786 George Washington Memorial Highway (US 17), Hayes, VA 23072; or a Money Order payable to "MPNNCSB" can be mailed to: PO Box 452, Hayes, VA 23072. Personal checks will not be accepted. Payment Deadline: Thursday, June 11, 2015.
LOCATION: The 4-hour class will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 9:00 am-1:00 pm at the MPNNCSB Warsaw Counseling Center, 414 Main Street, Warsaw, VA 22572.
