World Class Sourcing / Supply Chain organizations like to view their people as a critical "asset" and a competitive advantage. However we know that companies don't always have Talent Management programs in place to find, develop, grow and retain those assets.

Through this research effort, we would like to better understand what companies like yours value in their Talent Management practices from recruiting to training / development, performance evaluation, career management, and succession planning. In addition to this survey, we are polling candidates to get a better understanding of their needs in this competitive job market. By surveying both companies and candidates we are hoping to get a complete picture of Talent Management needs and expectations.
