Dear Parents:
The Winona Community Birth to Grade Three Committee is made up of providers and community members working to ensure that all children are ready for Kindergarten. As the committee begins strategic planning, we are hoping to identify gaps and resources for families with young children. To accomplish this we are asking for your help and would appreciate you providing us with feedback on this short survey. Please complete the survey by April 22, 2014.
