YOUR VIEWS ON THE DRAFT AUTISM STRATEGY
The draft strategy sets out 4 main priorities in line with the national strategy and guidance. These are:
• Training of staff who provide services to adults with autism
• Diagnosis and care pathways, covering the identification and diagnosis of autism in adults, leading to assessment of needs for relevant services
• Leadership and commissioning in relation to the provision of services for adults with autism;
• Transition, covering planning in relation to the provision of services for people with autism as they move from being children to adults.
