Apache Park Neighborhood Plan Survey

We invite you to get involved in the Apache Park Neighborhood Plan, a new planning effort for the area of Des Plaines bounded by Oakton Street on the north, Touhy Avenue on the south, Mannheim Road on the east and Lee Street on the west. The neighborhood plan is being developed for the City of Des Plaines as part of a regional Local Technical Assistance Program (LTA) of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP).

Surveys are used to learn about your opinions on various issues in the community. Your participation in this survey is valuable. Your responses will help develop a plan for the neighborhood.

All surveys are anonymous and will only be used in a summary format.
