Introduction

The Roseville Senior Commission, with approval of the Roseville City Council, is undertaking a project to submit a proposal to the World Health Organization (WHO), to be accepted as part of the Global Network of Age-Friendly Cities.

In 2005, the WHO created the Global Network of Age-Friendly Cities in response to the aging of the growing adult population. The concept was to create/develop communities worldwide that were safe, inclusive, welcoming and sustainable to the older adult demographic.

Your participation by completing this survey will help us to create this type of age-friendly environment in Roseville for your own personal benefit, as well as for those who follow. To protect your privacy, your information will remain anonymous. The survey is comprised of eight separate areas that fall in line with the WHO Global Network of Age-Friendly Cities guidelines.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
