The Hunter Medicare Local has been tasked with the co-ordination of after-hours primary health care in your local area. As part of the process it is essential that we have an understanding of services and community awareness from the patient perspective. .

Please ensure you consider the following when completing this survey:

After-hours period is defined as
• before 8:00am and after 6:00pm weekdays;
• before 8:00am and after 12:00pm Saturdays; and
• all day Sundays and public holidays
