Judging criteria:
• Media literacy
• Anti-virus/malware protection
• Security service
• Protection of vulnerable people
• Anti-abuse
• Customer service
• Child safety and parental controls
• Awareness campaigns undertaken
• Anti-spam controls
Bearing in mind the judging criteria, entrants are required to provide an overall summary of their initiatives or focus on one particular case study using no more than 500 words. Please include any evidence within the given word limit.
ISPA judges may ask ISPA Secretariat to contact entrants to clarify any information given in the application.
The deadline for completion of this form is 28th March 2014. Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
