Parsons Brinckerhoff and Berkeley Hanover Consulting have been commissioned by the Boroughs of Hounslow, Slough and Ealing to study the potential economic impact of a range of possible scenarios for Heathrow Airport which may be proposed to or by the government-appointed Airports Commission. The options include expansion at Heathrow and other existing airports as well as a new hub airport to the east of London.
