Welcome to the U.S. DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors. This program was developed by the state’s drug testing vendor, FirstLab, and meets the U.S. Department of Transportation prerequisite for making reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing referrals.
This training has been made available to all FirstLab customers and is not customized for the state of Georgia. Be advised that the video includes some information related to union representation that is not applicable to the state.
Please also be aware that completion of this training does not give you the authority to make reasonable suspicion testing referrals. Your agency’s internal policy will further define who is authorized to make reasonable suspicion testing referrals.
