2014 Collegiate Challenge FWS (fall/winter/summer) break trip inquiry

REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER TRIPS IS NOW OPEN!

We're thrilled that you want to spend part of your Summer Break working with Habitat for Humanity and Collegiate Challenge! Collegiate Challenge is Habitat for Humanity’s year-round alternative break program that offers groups of five or more participants, ages 16 to 25 years old, the opportunity to visit one of the 200 host affiliates throughout the United States. In one week, as a member of a Collegiate Challenge group, you will help develop a community, provide valuable funds and labor to a Habitat affiliate, and bring a partner family much closer to their dream of owning their own home. Yep, it feels good now - just wait until the work actually starts!

Completing this form will kick-start the registration process for working with a Habitat for Humanity affiliate during your summer break.

We will use the information you provide to contact your preferred host affiliates and determine if they can host your group during the timeframe you request. If you have not yet done so, please view the Collegiate Challenge site lists.

Please Note: This is an inquiry and NOT a registration. All inquiries will be handled in the order that they are received.

Submitting this form as accurately and completely as possible will help us process inquiries as efficiently as possible.

Please READ every question thoroughly BEFORE answering. Thank you for your diligent care in completing this form.
