This study is being conducted by Michael G. Frino and Katie P. Desiderio to validate our conceptual work on the locus of flow model. The survey is a total of 42 questions and should take no more than 15-20 minutes. Our aims are for a sample size of 325, so your help in accomplishing this goal is very much appreciated.
There are no anticipated risks to you as a participant. All data will be collected anonymously and will be used to support our research on flow experiences at work. Participation in this research is voluntary. If at any time, you wish to end your participation in the study, there will be no penalty for discontinuing.
