Since Monday, January 11, 2010, some colleges have reported intermittent WashingtonOnline (WAOL) ANGEL slowness while other colleges have not had any problems.
In trying to diagnose what caused the intermittent slowness, SBCTC and ANGEL have applied some changes. It's critical to get a snapshot of user experience to see if performance improved after these changes were made.
