The purpose of this survey is to gain a sense of the elements of Common Core instruction where you believe additional professional development opportunities would be beneficial. As we enter this year of full CCSS implementation we want to insure, to the best of our ability, that professional development opportunities are matched to your instructional needs. Each survey has been separated into the grade level or subject you teach. The high school level math sections did not have a clear division, so they have been combined, making this survey quite long. However, many of the question in this survey may not apply to the area of math you teach. Only complete those questions that are applicable. The CCSS literacy standards go across all content areas so social studies, science, PE, music, art, and other CTE teachers will complete this survey.
