Attention !

Thank you for your interest in this survey. By responding to this survey in its entirety, you will help Speed Skating Canada and your provincial speed skating association identify the needs of coaches, skaters and clubs in implementing the principles of the Long Term Participant and Athlete Development (LTPAD) model.

The first question will ensure you are a speed skating active club president, head-coach or technical director. Please, indicate the role you are playing in your club. Note that only one answer per club is required for this survey. It is strongly recommended that all the club leaders are consulted to fill it (Please use the PDF received by email to collect the data and then, fill this online survey).

If you are not an active speed skating club president, head-coach or technical director, you will be directed to the end of the survey. Another survey, adapted to your role should be available soon.

If you are an active speed skating club president, head-coach or technical director who also play another role (e.g.: official, parent, coach), you can fill all the different surveys you will receive by indicating the role for which you are responding.

All information gathered will remain anonymous and confidential and will be used to enhance the offered services to the clubs.

For more information, do not hesitate to contact Marie-Pier Charest (mcharest@speedskating.ca).
