1. Participant Background
The Pyramid Model framework supports a tiered approach to self reflection for inclusive practice and social emotional competency development. The tiers reflect Nurturing and Responsive Relationships, High Quality Supportive Environments, Targeted Social and Emotional Supports and Intensive Individualised Intervention. In this context, it is beneficial to ascertain the background of participants, in order to tailor the training to best meet service requirements, without compromising the integrity of the Pyramid Model framework.
