To help qualify for Economic Development Administration (EDA) projects and dollars for Boone, Winnebago, and McHenry counties (Northern Illinois Region) we are currently preparing a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for future economic development in the region.
We need your help to be successful in this endeavor. The following questions will help guide our planning work and form an effective CEDS document. It will also enable policymakers and economic development officials to make informed decisions when strategizing about future investments using our new regional plan.
