Welcome to the One Community One Goal (OCOG) ICT Taskforce
The purpose of the OCOG Target Industry Strategic Plan which was completed in May 2012 is simple: growing jobs and investment in Miami-Dade County. Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez, Vice President of American Airlines Art Torno and Executive Vice President of Baptist Health South Florida George Foyo now serve as Co-Chairs for the next phase: implementation.
At the Anniversary Event on May 8, 2013, the new target industry taskforce groups were created to assist with the implementation of the 80 recommendations that resulted from the OCOG strategic plan. These taskforce groups include: Aviation, Creative Design, Hospitality & Tourism, International Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Trade & Logistics.
This questionnaire is designed to collect information for those interested in participating in the new OCOG ICT Taskforce and assist the ICT Taskforce Chair, Ms. Diane Sanchez, CEO of the Technology Foundation of the Americas, in carrying out the OCOG recommendations for this sector.
