Rock Island Public Library Public Opinion Survey

Rock Island Public Library has partnered with the University of Illinois Extension to identify how the organization can more effectively serve residents in the Quad Cities region. The purpose of this study is to examine how the public accesses library services, determine what services are of interest, and public perception about the organization. We are interested in your opinion. Your responses will assist us in improving your experience with the Rock Island Public Library.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, and will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your individual responses are anonymous and confidential, so please do not write your name directly on the survey.

Please let us know your thoughts by taking a few moments to fill out the enclosed survey and return in the enclosed self-addressed envelope, or stop by one of the Rock Island Library locations and drop into the survey collection box. Blank surveys may be picked up onsite at the information desks. To fill out the survey online, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Z2CBLDQ or click on the survey link located on our website at http://rockislandlibrary.org/.

Surveys should be completed by October 5, 2013. You may skip questions, although we encourage you to complete the survey in its entirety. A summary of the responses will be available to you in print at the University of Illinois Extension Unit Office, 321 W 2nd Avenue, Milan.

If you have questions or need help filling out the survey, please contact Jenny Garner, Community Development Educator, University of Illinois Extension at (309) 756-9978 or via email at jsgarnr@illinois.edu, and she will be happy to assist you.

We know your time is valuable, so thank you for your participation. Development of this survey was funded by the Rock Island Community Foundation.
