Youth Drop in Survey

We are looking for feedback about a proposed youth service to start over summer. With the recent pandemic, we know people are experiencing more isolation and loneliness and that mental health needs have been recorded at an all-time high. Our team would like to develop a program and/or space that youth can use to have fun, be themselves and feel supported, to help to alleviate that stress. One idea is a drop-in space for youth/teens, based on their thoughts, opinions and ideas. It would initially run two days a week and might include gym days and a dinner/cooking day. For this to be possible, we’d like to ask you a few short questions with the opportunity to include your own feedback.

The information you provide is voluntary, anonymous, and will not affect any current or future services you or your family may receive. The purpose of this survey is to gain information about how youth are feeling and what services can be created to help them thrive.

Some of these questions may be difficult to answer due to COVID-19 reducing programs within the last 15 months. If you had used a service/program before the pandemic began but it has been put on hold, please include that in your answer.
