Obtaining funding beyond standard per pupil revenue (PPR) allocations is key to sustaining and building Westgate as a high-quality charter school. This funding can come in more ways than simply making a financial donation (which of course is always welcomed). Assistance in volunteer hours can close the gap by eliminating outside expenses. Did you know that an estimated 4500 volunteer hours are needed per year to help off-set costs of services? Although the number seems high, if each family contributes as little as two hours per month towards volunteering, we would have that covered.

The enclosed survey has been developed to provide parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and/or community members with a detailed list of various opportunities to contribute. Thank you in advance for taking a quick two minutes to complete the survey and for your continued support towards the long-term success of Westgate.
