2013 US Open International Application
Thank you for your interest in attending the 2013 USA Ultimate US Open Championships. This on line form will help us to process applications in a more efficient manner.
The US Open will be held July 4 - 7 in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
Applications must be completed by Friday April 12th, 5pm Mountain Standard Time. Notifications will be emailed to invited teams by April 19th.
Teams receiving bids to the tourney must be approved by their national governing body. Due dates for team payment, rosters, and required paperwork will be communicated when bid notifications are sent out.
