Issues and Impacts Regarding Deltopia |
You are being asked to participate in a research study. The purpose of the study is to gather information about presence during the civil unrest in Isla Vista the night of April 5th and any further impacts that may have had to the community. This survey does not cover all aspects of that night, but please feel free to let me know any additional information you would like to voice.
PROCEDURES: If you decide to participate,. You should be able to complete the survey in approximately five to ten minutes.
BENEFITS: The results of this study will be shared within the context of a Writing 109SS class. Your perspective is very valuable because you can speak from experience and/or involvement in various activities.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Using Survey Monkey allows full anonymity. Although I plan to share the results from this survey with the professor of my class and my fellow classmates, all surveys will be held private.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR WITHDRAW: You may refuse to participate, and you may change your mind about being in the study and quit after the study has started. If you feel that you do not want to answer a question, you can either skip the question or withdraw entirely from the survey with no penalty.
