This is a quarterly survey of recent mergers, acquisitions, refinancings and restructurings in which Colorado law firms acted as counsel to one or more of the parties to the transaction. The current survey is for deals that closed between April 1, 2014, and June 30, 2014. However, you're allowed to submit a survey for transactions outside this time period, as well. Average time to complete: 3 minutes. The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2014.
