Use: As a synthetic non-agricultural product allowed as an ingredient/processing aid in or on products labeled "organic" or "made with (specified organic ingredients/food groups)".
Common applications: Vitamin E. Protects fat in the body’s tissues from abnormal breakdown. Used as a dietary supplement and as an antioxidant for essential oils, rendered animal fats or a conmbination of such fats with vegetable oils. Helps form normal red blood cells, muscle and other tissues.
