Human Services Council - Survey of Community Stakeholders - Resources and Priorities

 
The Fairfax County Human Services Council seeks your input and opinion on the following questions regarding the resources and services made possible through public funding and investment in human services programs and activities.

The Council seeks input from citizens serving on advisory boards, authorities and commissions, and other community stakeholders, including service providers, both for profit and not for profit; residents receiving services from county funded programs; taxpayers and other interested parties.

Your answers to this survey will provide important information to assist the Council in making recommendations to the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors (BOS) on service trends, community priorities and information regarding the effectiveness of human services in the community.

Your answers to this survey are anonymous and confidential;you cannot be individually identified, unless you choose to tell us your name.
