Violence Against the Nebraska Legal Profession

For more than 25 years, the media and legal professionals have identified an increase of work related violence against the legal profession. This survey has been created to help ascertain the nature and frequency of violence against members of the Nebraska legal profession. The survey will be available until October 24, 2014. The results will be published in the Nebraska Lawyer Magazine.
