Chemists Rendezvous in New York

Greetings fellow NY Chemist,

We, as leaders of the local sections of New York, are gauging interest in an autumn weekend
rendezvous in the Finger Lakes Region. The purpose of this gathering is to provide an
opportunity for chemists across the state to meet and socialize with fellow scientists in an
effort to build camaraderie. The aim of the event is to facilitate discussion and collaborations
among people from academia, industry, and government agencies. We welcome you and your
significant other to take advantage of the natural and cultural offerings of the Finger Lakes
region. While this event is still in the planning stages, we envision activities such as winery/
brewery tours and a banquet dinner with speakers from local wineries.
