2014 Blind Voters Survey

If you are blind or visually impaired and voted in the 2014 mid-term election on an accessible voting machine or with assistance during early voting, at your local polling place, or by a paper ballot that you received by regular mail, please complete the following survey. The data gathered from this survey will be compared with data from surveys conducted in 2008, 2010, and 2012 to evaluate the experience of voters who are blind or visually impaired in the United States.
