Introduction
Thank you for completing the Cultural Climate survey! This assessment will assist Hilbert College with strengthening diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus for students, faculty, and staff. In addition, it will help us identify and address areas for improvement to create a healthy climate of inclusion.

** Campus Climate is defined as the experiences and perceptions of students, faculty, and staff.
** Diversity is embraced in a broader sense and includes eight key areas: 1) race/ethnicity 2) gender 3) age 4) socio-economic status 5) sexual orientation 6) spirituality/religion 7) disability 8) gender expression
