Call for Speakers: 2015 Freezone Convention FZ Convention 2015 Call for Speakers As you likely know by now, the 2015 Freezone Convention will be held in Reno the weekend of June 5-7, with a theme of OT Phenomena. This year, we’re doing our best to plan ahead, which means arranging earlier who will be speaking on what topic. The sooner we know the agenda, the more information we can share with people who might be interested in attending the conference – which means we can attract more people to do so.As a result, that means we are asking people who are interested in speaking to tell us about it NOW. And by asking for presentation materials ahead of time, we can minimize technology frustrations.Important DatesCall for Speakers begins: March 1.Call for Speakers closes (deadline): March 15.Accept/Reject notifications will be sent by email: March 30.Presentations (PowerPoint, etc.) due: May 15.
