2. Needs Improvement = Occasionally unavailable to provide customer service. Exhibits poor customer service skills. Customer service was not delivered to my satisfaction.
3. Achieves Expectations = Customer service inquiry was answered timely and issues resolved. Satisfied.
4. Commendable = Worker pleasant and helpful; skilled in customer service, very satisfied.
5. Exemplary = Courteous and effective, exceptional customer service and response time. Completely satisfied.
